The Whitten-Newman Foundation (“WNF”) is a private, family foundation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  The WNF was created in 2007 as way to honor the life, legacy and spirit of Brandon Whitten whose life was tragically cut short by a motorcycle accident in 2002.  The WNF’s primary focus is to change the lives of young people by offering them educational experiences while providing them with hope.  The WNF also looks to inform young people about the dangers associated with drugs, alcohol and tobacco.

Docvia is a privately held software venture that provides secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic access between established patients and their health providers. The company’s software was first commercially deployed at St. John Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Docvia team is comprised of practicing physicians, software engineers and designers that work together with community leaders in order to provide safe, simple and inexpensive health access around the world.

The mission of Water4 is to provide water to at-risk, impoverished areas throughout the world to advance the health and prosperity of those populations and act as a catalyst to stimulate the local economies by providing water fopersonal use (drinking water) and water for agricultural purposes.

Waterislife is addressing the severe water needs of our global neighbors.  They are trying to reach children one by one, to provide their most basic need, clean water.  A clean water source will positively effect children’s education, health and welfare, and can drastically transform a community.  Their goal is to provide personal water filters to children to create the immediate solution for preventable waterborne diseases, and to provide a sustainable clean water source for their community.  Waterislife  hopes to create continued awareness of the global pure water crisis and offer an opportunity for all to participate in the long-term solution; one child’s life at a time.
