Sister Rosemary Nyirumbe, winner of the 2007 CNN Heroes Award as a Community Crusader, is the director of Saint Monica Girls School in Gulu and Atiak Uganda. This special institution, run by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, offer women and children living in northern Uganda with a safe place to heal, learn and begin anew.
